We put lot of focus on making sure Items gets delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of the day you place your order.

Once your order is comfort, We will prepare your items for shipping. It may take 1 to 3  business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, You will be notified by email of the delay.

US Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (Continental US)

order $75 and above FREE Standard shipping 

Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days.

Express Shipping: 3-5 business days ( for additional fee $29)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

 MILAN CHO ITALY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

 MILAN CHO ITALY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
